• Do not use the tools to infringe copyright, bypass protections you are not entitled to remove, or process unlawful material.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the service.

You keep all rights to the files and text you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive, store, or claim any licence over your content.

Some tools let you supply your own API key for an external provider. You are responsible for that key, for any usage costs it incurs, and for complying with the provider's terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Results from calculators, converters, and generators may contain errors — always verify anything you rely on for financial, legal, medical, or professional decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Tools Daily is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may add, change, or retire tools at any time, and may update these terms — the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
